Currently you are in a leadership position that can provide you with the power to create positive change and growth. I should look for support to help me when the work is difficult. The work is leading to exhaustion but the work is also coming to an end. My inner strength should tap into being able to balance resources and needs and not to expend all my resources. My end goal should be emotional stability and compassion.

Issue at work that resulted in a confrontation without resolution. Now letting some time pass to come to resolution. Draw really shows the strong emotion and anxiety the experience brought out. A hopeful outcome looks possible if emotions can be managed, as the Star calmly distributes the water.

My thoughts are in the cycle of life and the workings of the universe. My mind is open to the large picture. Financial security for my family and myself in retirement influence my feelings. The universe wants me to think about what makes me happy, my good memories. I should not base my actions solely on what the financial implications are, but should make decisions that bring me closer to my inner happiness.

Overall things look fair for 4S. There won't be much growth, but there will be opportunities to learn and try new things.
