We are a couple who happens to be a Tarot / Lenormand reader as well as a software developer. We saw the need for recording and managing readings, spreads and querents digitally, and by combining our passions, we created Tarot Journal. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, you can get an invoice for your purchase. Head to the invoice page after purchase, add your details and save to PDF.

Can I get a refund?

Any subscription can be canceled any time. No questions asked. You can get a pro-rata refund only for yearly plan subscriptions.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, you can change your subscription plan any time. Stripe automatically prorates when you switch plans.

Is payment secure?

Yes, we use Stripe for payment. We do not store any of your credit card information.

Can I upgrade my monthly plan to a yearly one?

Yes, you can change your plan any time. You will save some money by choosing a yearly plan.

Are my private readings secure?

Yes, your data is stored securely on servers in the United States, by vetted, highly secure, third party partners.

What makes Tarot Journal different from Twitter, Instagram or a Facebook Group?

This is a dedicated, safe and welcoming community for people who are passionate about Tarot! We want to make sure that only real people with good intentions are using it.
