Summary:

This spread uses two cards for each answer position. Usually a spectrum from yes to no. The in between answers can vary with the question. Where the Wheel ends up is the answer, but the other cards can clarify or add commentary to that answer.
Asked would I actually be putting my job at risk making the cups at work. Positions were yes, probably, maybe, no. The direct answer was maybe, but the rest of the cards really said to wait and go do more immediately necessary work, like cleaning. May have also said that I'm too emotionally invested in this project at the moment. Also, there are likely coming changes.
I'm also disappointed with the response from my work. They're having issues, I don't know what. Those changes may be to the art department.
And since this reading I have decided to go a different direction with my project.
