I have the opportunity to switch jobs within my company. The pay is the same, but it will give me a few more hours so my monthly pay increase is close to $500. The problem is that it is pretty far away from my house, like almost an hour commute. My current position is about 3 miles/8 minutes away. I like being so close because i have 3 dogs, and i can come home and let them out to use the bathroom on my lunch break, which will not be possible in the new job. One last factor is my manager at my current position. She is an extremely negative narcissist and it's really getting on my last nerve. I'm starting to not even like the job.

So let's see what the cards say i should do.
